Bridal Vail Falls

Sunday after church we decided to go exploring.  Wright and I have never driven the Alpine loop and it is just next to us going up American Fork Canyon.  We were surprised to find out that it is only 40 minutes to Sundance going that way.  We brought the stroller and took a nice shaded walk up to the falls. The kids enjoyed putting their feet in the icy cold water and we enjoyed the view of the beautiful falls above.  As we were walking back Wright took a picture of Faith.  She was a little farther ahead than us and we watched as our first baby, with a backpack on her back, walked alone.  She is so grown up and we can't believe how much she has changed.  Our kids had a blast and we enjoyed a little picnic lunch on the grass on the way back.  My only regret was not stopping along the way back to capture photos of the loop. It is loaded with white colored trunk trees, rivers, and gorgeous views of the mountains all around.  There was still snow in places.  It was awesome and it always makes me wonder what heaven will look like. I don't know how anything could be prettier than what we saw that day. Oh and Wright junior looks a little frightened in this picture.  He doesn't like falling water.
